KATERINA TANA grew up in London, where she trained after acting and directing more than she was supposed to at the University of York, England where she did here BA Hons. English and French Literature…., She debuted the role of ARLIE in the UK premiere of GETTING OUT by Marsha Norman, at the National Theatre of Wales, and played JESSE in THE CUBAN SWIMMER by Milcha Sanchez Scott at the Gate Theatre, London.

Recent film work includes LEECHES, INTRIGO/SAMARIA and THE DUCHESS. She has been cast in two plays by Donald Freed to be performed in London early 2020. She is currently developing a short film she scripted and will direct, and two books to be adapted for the screen.
